Hello,

I am not able to get/download any photo from Adobe Stock without watermark, even the licences were bought (see on the photo below).

I can not download from from the Stock website via browser (tried Firefox and Chrome) to my PC either. It always failes as "Time expired". It was the same in Fotolia for the last few weeks, so I though I will solve the problem by joining Stock as Fotolia is ending in November 2019 anyway. The only thing that works are previews from Stock.

Before the exclamation mark appears on the photo, arrows are spinning on each for several minutes..vykricnik.jpg

Thank you for any advice where the bug might me.

I do not think that ip addresses get blocked. There needs to be a different problem.

If you have the opportunity, you could try a VPN.

Hi Eva,

I apologize for the troubles that you're facing on Adobe Stock website.

Can you try and confirm me a couple of things as below:

1. Is this happening on any specific browser? Try using the Firefox browser for downloading images.

2. Make sure you're signed into the Photoshop app and the Stock website from the same Adobe ID.

3. Try connecting to a different network as some networks have firewalls which restrict the downloads.

Regards,

Sheena

Hi Sheena,

we have tried and rechecked #1 and #2 many times but without any success.

I just had here an IT specialist from our Internet provider. He checked several times firewall here, on the router and even in their central and there is no blocking from their side he said.

Is there any chance some public IPs are blocked from your server?

I am able to download the full resolution photos from Adove Stock with datas via my phone without any problems, but that is very inconvinient...

Regards

E.
