Unlicense accidental stock purchase

New Here ,
Feb 10, 2018 Feb 10, 2018

Good Day

I am new to Adobe Stock. While trying to add potential images to a new library I accidentally licensed photo #156192580. Is there a way to unlicense this photo? I have not downloaded this image.

Thanks

Hi Maxim,

Unfortunately there is no way of unlicensing the image which has been licensed once through the Adobe Stock website.

I apologize for the experience that you've faced on our website.

I have added 1 licenses to your account which you can use for a different image.

Let me know if that helps!

Thanks,

Sheena

For a permanent, non-refundable purchase, you should have a confirmation dialog.  Especially when the icon is misleading.  It shows "add to cart", which is NOT the same thing.

I just had the same thing happen. I tried to add photo 277086418 to my Library but accidentally licensed it. I did not download the photo, nor do I want to use it. Please help.

Hi! I'm having the exact same problem. Wanted to add a photo to my library, but accidentaly licensed it. It's photo #259715807.

I, too, have had this same issue. Item #324811156 is the one in question for me. The buttons on the thumbnail gallery are extremely problematic and without a confirmation dialogue, it's too easy to accidentally license something.

Exactly! A confirmation dialogue would probably solve this problem 99% of the time. Unfortunately, I've not received a response or a credit like others who have posted here.

Same issue here. You should not be able to license without a second click. That seems like a recipe for headaches on Adobe's side. Item #297500066

I signed up two days ago, went to highlight something to show a coworker and lost a license? Something seems weird about that.
