yes, she could for sure ... there is certainly room for discretion on the part of employees. I was unsuccessful, but I (myself) have only been a customer for 10 years and have used the software for the last millennium 😉 They have my soul 😉 Thanks for your post, I'll close that now.

If you cancel an Adobe Stock subscription and then upgrade or re-subscribe to the same subscription you are eligible to retain the quota you from the canceled subscription. You have to have subscribed within 30 days of canceling and your new subscription needs to be of greater or same value of old subscription. NOTE: Your old subscription must be in goodstanding when cancelled. You will need to make a request from customer care as this is unfortunately not an automatic process at this time.
