Hello,

I currently have a monthly stock subscription with over 30 licenses transferred from previous months. do they expire if I upgrade to the 1-year subscription (with monthly payment)?

Thanks in advance

yes, she could for sure ... there is certainly room for discretion on the part of employees. I was unsuccessful, but I (myself) have only been a customer for 10 years and have used the software for the last millennium 😉 They have my soul 😉 Thanks for your post, I'll close that now.

Hi @jochenb17012013,

If you cancel an Adobe Stock subscription and then upgrade or re-subscribe to the same subscription you are eligible to retain the quota you from the canceled subscription. You have to have subscribed within 30 days of canceling and your new subscription needs to be of greater or same value of old subscription. NOTE: Your old subscription must be in goodstanding when cancelled. You will need to make a request from customer care as this is unfortunately not an automatic process at this time.

It's to try. There is a chance that they do not carry over. To be sure, I would recommend you contact Adobe customer care, they can if you lose the credits, when they change the plan for you, re-attribute the 30 credits to your account. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

after the chat i can say the employee thinks! that they expire ... I just spend my downloads now and when I need new pictures I take out a subscription, maybe even with Adobe 😉
