Upgraded my Adobe Stock plan for more assets as I ran out, but it's stuck at 0 assets

Hi!

I was previously on the plan for 10 assets a month, however I've run out and as I need assets now for an upcoming project deadline, I upgraded to the 40 assets monthly plan

I refreshed my page and logged in again, but it remains at 0 assets

Do I need to wait for my next billing date? How could I get hold of assets before then?

Would appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

Hi @michellesorocovici,

I was able to review your recent contact with customer care team but I see that your issue was not fully resolved and though your initial case was closed. I've asked one of our customer care leads to reach out to you and someone did leave a voicemail for you. Please follow up with the agent so we can resolve this issue for you.
