You will get with the free videos an enhanced licence, and you can do anything that this licence allows you to do. There are limitations of the use, but they are the same as for sale videos. There is no difference.

Somewhere in the licensing terms, you will find one or more paragraphs on social media use. Read all the licensing terms and especially those for enhanced licences. You will find your answers there. Update this, if you need additional information. Please note, however, that we don't give you legal advice on the use of the assets. We are telling you only, what we read in the terms.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. The advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

Thank you again for the info and guidance. I greatly appreciate your help. However, the "Licensing Terms" are very confusing in my opinion. I have read them over and over, and still can't find my answer. What I am looking for is to use the free Adobe stock videos to create YouTube Shorts and add my own soothing and relaxing music to my channel. Would you be able to provide a simple Yes or No answer? Thank you again! 😊

We're not really allowed to give a simple yes or no answer. There is a legal contract, and it was carefully written by Adobe's lawyers. Any similification must be done by a lawyer - Adobe's staff aren't allowed to do that, and we are not lawyers. The standard advice is: if you are not sure, consult an IP lawyer. Not ideal for a hobby, sure.

It's not always easy to provide a yes or no, as the use case may not be allowed and if your description is incorrect, I may say yes, where a no would be appropriate.

This said, it is allowed to use videos on YouTube.

The licensing terms are not confusing; however, they explain in rather simple English what you can or cannot do. But even so, the terms need to be precise.

Thank you so very much! I'll give it a try. I'll make sure I give credit. We'll see what happens🤞🏼. I'm going to assume the worst that can happen is a YouTube strike or an Adobe warning? Thank you again!! 🙏🏼

Yes, probably that would be the worst. YouTube only strikes when the copyright holder does intervene.
