Do I can use photos of Adobe stock in more than design if I still learn and practice and put the designs on behance?
You can use a stock photo more than once, but only for the same customer. You can be considered as your customer, if the design is for your own use.

I believe, that you, the licensee, can use the Adobe Stock asset in multiple designs for your own use; however, you cannot distribute that asset to anyone else.
