I have bought three vector file sets: e.g. FILE #: 243285189 clearly marked vector illustration.
I saw earlier discussions on this subject and managed to make a copy in Illustrator - but i still cant open it.
Very frustrating! Can you help please?

Look at the asset type:
AI/EPS should be vector!
JPEG is pixel...and for an asset like that quite useless.

The title clearly says Vector, but the file type says JPEG (a raster format).
Were there a different file type available that you downloaded?

Looking at the file, there seems no way in which you can know what you are buying. In this case, FILE TYPE AI/EPS in small type.
This is the first time I have bought these files and I don’t see how the average buyer could know what would and would not work.
If it is necessary, is there a way to correct this?

Thank you.
Please note that, in addition to FILE #: 243285189<https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/arrows-set-of-100-black-icons-arrow-icon-arrow-vector-collection-a...>, I have similar problems with two other files I purchased:
FILE #: 138059654<https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/comic-speech-text-vector-bubbles-set03/138059654?prev_url=detail> and FILE #: 177007546<https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/vector-illustration-of-500-thin-line-business-icons-finance-shoppi...>.

The title is clearly misleading and I would guess that you will get a refund of the credits spent.

Thank you. Can you advise me: what should I look for to ensure I buy the correct item in future?
Thanks for your help.

Thank you – this answers my question. It would be good to include this information in your training videos and instructions.
I look forward to getting credits.
