Very confused on licensing/uses of work in Adobe Stock!

Question

I just subscribed to Adobe Stock today, after downloading a few files, I realized I didnt think I could use them. I own a clothing business and was looking for some designs to add to hats and shirts, although $64 for a single design seems a little much, and I couldnt use the Standard Lisence to resell clothing, but after research, if I use the filter "Commercial Use" when searching then I can use the design. Another google search, I can only use it if its "something someone would buy specifically because of the asset printed on it.". If I were to take and download one of these "Standard license" designs, add my own text, and add it on merchandise to sell, would this be illegal or am I getting this all wrong?

The Adobe Stock License terms are quite clear with regard to incorporating a licensed asset into something you're selling. An Extended License is required.

Here's what it says under Extended License

Create merchandise or products for resale or distribution where the main value of the product is associated with the asset itself, such as a coffee mug or t-shirt.

Yes, that would be a violation of the licencing terms.
