When did support get so bad?

I'll admit, I am a casual user of the products myself, I manage teams of designers. That said, I don't recall support being as bad as it is now. I understand the most agents are not going to be well-trained or empowered to do anything, but it seems that Adobe is going out of its way to anger its paying customers. I spent 48 hours on a simple issue (Adobe Stock was down, can they just send me an image so I can make my deadline?) Nope, they cannot help, they will not help, in fact, they choose to make it worse. They promise to call you right back, but call 22 hours later. Maybe, they didn't leave a message or a way to call back. When I call or chat, they just hang up on me. And they send you emails with a case #, what good does that do? There is no way to access it, there is nothing in my support history for over a year. I asked for a refund or some compensation for having to buy the image elsewhere despite having a subscription. Nope, Adobe only takes your money, they don't care if you get what you pay for or if you are a satisfied customer. I think it is time to join all the others fleeing Adobe and find other options. Sad that it has gotten so bad.
