When trying to add Adobe Stock API to a Service Account, we get a error code 400 from JIL

Screen shot below. The error is "API configuration failed for service Stock SDK with code 400 from JIL. Please try again. We've tried multiple times over 3 days.

We corresponded via email, but I will answer here as well. You cannot add Adobe Stock to a JWT service account unless you are a Stock for Enterprise customer. Since you have a subscription plan, that is not enterprise and therefore not eligible.
 
Some other products, such as PDF Services, offer JWT accounts, but those cannot be used with the Stock API. Instead, you may use the OAuth integration type, and have your users sign in with their personal login. This type of integration ca

The Rep that created our account said that the Stock API is available for a Teams account and Enterprise. Is it possible that it's not working because the Stock API is only available for an Enterprise account?
