Every month I have to download my Adobe Stock invoice for my Accounting Department, and every month, without fail, it takes an act of God to find it. Why can't Adobe email me my invoice like every other company in the world?
They make it sound so simple:
The problem is that every time I log in I get the following:
Needless to say, help from Adobe is non-existent. All "Help" articles put you in the same endless loop of checking the link above: https://account.adobe.com/
Anyone have a reliable workaround? I swear I go through this every month and it changes every time. I must be doing something wrong. HELP!?!?
SOLVED! I finally found the solution. Under your Adobe Account settings, under "Sign-in and security" there is a button to "Select my profile automatically" which is set to "ON" by default which makes it impossible to switch between your coroporate and personal accounts. Change this to "OFF" and when you log in you now get the ability to switch between the two.

I wish I knew because I'd just repeat the process every month.
I've bookmarked the page once it worked, but then go back the following month and it's blank again.
Right now? Miraculously it is working again. I didn't do anything different, but now suddenly my plans and invoices are appearing perfectly.
Maybe it is some security protocol on my internal network? Hell, I don't know. I'm just happy I finally have my invoice and don't have to worry again until next month.
I still think it makes no sense that they can't email our invoices.

It's that time of the month, and once again I have to hunt to find my Adobe Stock invoice. Below is a screen shot for the PLANS section, as requested. There is no mention of my Adobe Stock subscription under Plans, btw.
and, as usual, it shows no invoices.

So it appears to be an issues between my "Corporate" account and my "Personal" account. When I log in using Firefox, it takes me to my personal account which DOES show my Stock Photo subscription and invoices, but when I log in using the same URL and credentials on Chrome or Edge, it logs in as my Corporate account and only shows my Creative Cloud apps and no invoices. I cannot find an option to switch between these two accounts. HELP!

Your corporate and personal are two different accounts. You would have to clear your browser history before you sign in if you want to switch accounts or only sign into corporate on one browser and personal on another.

I've even tried toggling to "Off" and it does nothing. Just dead end after dead end. I cancelled my subscription to stock because of this. Unbelievable that a global company like Adobe can't fix this issue; I just need a receipt to give to my finance department to show proof of purchase. Also, what is with having two admin console sites? So baffling and unfriendly to users. I refuse to waste my time searching for a receipt month after month. What a joke.

I have to contact a Support Chat every 3 months and have them download and send me my Invoices. Come on, Adobe, fix this Invoices for Adobestock subscription issue! It is wasting your managed services team's time and your cost to run the support.

**UPDATE** AN ACTUAL WORK-AROUND: Using Chrome, open a new Session under Incognito and select the Account where the credits plan is associated. It works for me at long last! Their Support Team came through for me.

Still struggling with this.... Managed to get it last month by using Incognito but now.... NOTHING!!! I wanrt to cancel it but cannot, so annoying trying to find this for accounts every single month. Stupid. Why cant it just be with my other invoice.
