Won't let me purchase 4k with credits

Does anyone know why I can't purchase 4k videos with credits. Other posts and the phone line confirmed that they are 20 credits but it won't allow me..

There are different kinds of credits. You need Credit-Packs credits for that. Subscription credits are not good for 4k videos, but depending on your subscription, you get a price reduction for these.
