wrong version of illustrator

Hello, I take 3 templates on Stock but it's impossible to open them in my version of Illustrator.

There was no information about the right version on the download page so the problem is on your side not mine.

Can you tell me how to fix the problem ?

Assets are always to be opened by the latest version of Illustrator. Templates anyhow, as they are a newer file type. Please post the asset IDs here and @Vani_100 may be able to help you.

You say that I have to cancel my subscription, cause I only have Illustrator CS5 and there is nothing for me on Stock ?

I do not say that, but with CS5 you are aeons behind the current Illustrator version (12 years), and it would really be a shame if meanwhile, Illustrator would not have made considerable progress.
