To make this quick I singed up and received my 10 free stock assets via the trial. The subscription wasn't worth it so I tried to cancel it and thought I did.
After that I was still being charged $29.99 per month but didn't receive access to my 10 stock assets for each of those two months. My account stated I had a "Quota of 0 Stocks" for each of the two months I was charged. So did I in fact cancel my plan like I though which is the reason I wasn't getting my 10 assets for those two months but yet I was still charged for those 2 months that I didn't receive my 10 stock asset options?
So I initiated a chat with Adobe customer service which was a back and forth trying to convince the rep that I was being charged for a product I had no access to and couldn't get assets from. He made it seem like I didn't understand what was going. He kept going on about how I have a limit of 10 assets a month and have to upgrade to add more, even including "ADD MORE" in all caps.
After I explained again and convinced him that I was being charged for something I have not had access to he said he would all me back in 30 minutes but never did. So I initiated another chat with customer service the next day and was blunt about needing a complete refund. They tried to give me a free 3 months but I wasn't having it I'm done with Adobe Stock and demanded a refund of the 2 months which they said I would receive in 2-3 business days.
I recommend avoiding Adobe Stock. Consider other stock asset sites instead if need be.
The plan you recently canceled was under your organization's subscription. You used up all of the initial quota for the first month of the plan and there appears to have been an issue with the quota renewal for January and February. Customer care has initiated the refund for the two months where you did not receive your quota. I apologize that you had issues with your subscription.

I also had a trial subscription of 10 assets per month and I cancelled it, and it worked as advertised. There was no problem whatever.
What does your account say: https://account.adobe.com/plans?
I suppose @WendellaBee has more insight.

From the Adobe ID you use here on the forums I see that Adobe sent you a reminder message a week before your subscription was going to roll over to paid. It doesn't appear you are reviewing these messages, but I do see your subscription is now closed.

Well even if I did not cancel I didn't have access to the 10 assets a month like I was paying for so either way. And that's way a requested my money back and am recieving a refund. The rep even saw that my account had a "Quota of 0 assets" since after my initial 10 free assets via the trial, the reason why I'm getting a refund. So the fact that I was being charged and given no asset credits is the reason why Adobe Stock is scam like. You have a good reason for why I was being charged $29.99/mo for two months but didnt receive any asset credits for those two months?
