I can observe that you succesfully licensed a standard asset today. Has your issue been resolved? 


Also, I can see by your Adobe ID that you are located in Turkey. Users from Turkey have restricted access to Adobe Stock. If you don't see the asset when searching the site from your locale, https://stock.adobe.com/tr then the asset is not available to you.

I can't download any images even though I have ten credits, I get this error - you can't license this product

I suppose it's possible that it's a premium image which requires more credits than you have available.


No, it says for a standard license and costs 1 credit, I have ten
