It's been 3 days since I started the free trial, it says you have received my payment so there shouldn't be any problems with that. When can I manage my plan? I don't want to pay after the 7 day trial.

You've posted your question in the Adobe Stock user forum, is this a question about an Adobe Stock subscription?
I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. If you have more than one Adobe ID you will need to sign in with Adobe ID/email address associated with your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions here: https://account.adobe.com
