You could help me return my $ charge from last Friday, Nov. 02 2018.

- Because I'll do not use my membership any more, I just finished my Trial Mode.

I have 2 weeks or more without using Adobe Stock.

    Please try contacting our customer service again regarding the issue. I looked up the case number you referenced and it looks like you and the agent you were working with became disconnected. Unfortunately refunds are not something we would be able to assist you with through the forums and would required working with our support directly via phone or chat.

    Could you try contacting them again via Adobe Customer Care contact page.
