    I am also having this very same problem. I want to cancel my plan however I am unable to due to this issue

    Are you trying to update the payment details for the 'Stock - on demand' option?  Do you get a particular error message?

    Yes, we get an error saying: We’ve encountered an error processing your information. Try submitting again, or use a different web browser.
