Coping keywords sd separate words rather than string of letters

Hi,

I need to catalog purchased images in our Digital Asset Management platform.

Is there a way to copy keywords as separate words rather than a long string of letters?

Right now I'm separating words manually in a word processor but I bet there's a better way to go about it.

I hope the attachd example will help. I will only add that when I work with Getty Images I don't have this issue.
