I can't reach contributor.stock.adobe.com

Hello there! 

 

I can't reach to http://contributor.stock.adobe.com/ -- I got the same error in both my Chrome & Firefox browsers. Cleaned cookies and reset my internet connection. But didn't worked. 

 

Is my account blocked for some reason that I don't know? Didn't get any notification e-mails. I have 1500+ accepted assets, all original work of mine. 

 

Help will be appreciated, thank you!

You should get an error message of some kind... If you can upload via ftp, it looks like your account is not locked.

Thank God it's working now! I'm able to see and work on my dashboard normally. It scred the heaven out of me for a (long) while! 😮

Apparently you got an answer. As this is more wide spread, there is either a dns configuration issue or some other network issue. It seems not related to anything Adobe can do.

I live in Bangladesh. Almost many people are having this problem. Those wifi users are not having their problem. VPN users are not having problems. Will there be any problem with the account if I use VPN?

Given the little information I have, I'm just doing guess work. However, if you account gets blocked you get notified and you still can reach the contributor site but you cannot logg in anymore.

 

What is the error message you get? Where are you located (country)? Please investigate if you do not have "activated" some ill formated firewall rules.

Thank you for your reply! I'm able to login and see my Adobe account dashboard also my Behance account. But when I click the SELL or try to open that contributor stock adobe adress browser gives "this site can't be reached error"

 

I'm from country Turkey. And using only AVAST. Everything was fine yesterday. I even submitted new work. I have another one to submit which I already uploaded through FTP without any problem.

 

But can't reach my contributor dashboard. 😞

Muhtemelen Türkiye serverlarında sorun var. Site açılmıyor.
