I understand your point of view, but community should be aware and I need help.
Follow support link and you end in a infinite loop with no way to simply send a clear message like this to the administration.

I understand that you have difficulties contacting Adobe support. But it is the only way to get your problems solved. So I really urge you to as John T Smith says. Click the little callout button at the lower right of the page and type agent.

As John said, there is little that most of us can do for you. What he left out of his instructions is the following:
