Trouble Uploading Purchased Image to Mailchimp

Hello,

I recently purchased a photo that I would like up upload to Mailchimp so that I can use the image for our company e-newsletter. The photo is a JPEG, not an AI file. I tried to upload it and I receive a "Failed to upload" message and it also says "Undefined."

I have not had this issue with other images that are not from Adobe Stock so I assume there may be some sort of Adobe security issue with the image.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

HI Bryan,

Please let us know the troubleshooting that you've performed. You may also try the steps below and let us know if any of it worked.

*Try uploading the image via a different browser

*Try to change the network connection as the current network could have certain firewalls that would be blocking the upload process.

*Check the file dimensions as well because there could be limits on file sizes to be uploaded.

Regards,

Sheena

Bryan,

Glad to hear that you were able to download another image.

Would you mind sharing the ID of the first image so that we can check what went wrong with the file and let you know?

Regards

Twarita
