How to report a user stealing others' creations and uploading it as their own?

So I stumbled upon a user re-uploading the same materials on Adobe Substance 3D Community Assets from another user. The materialsare identical, but the upload time is different. There is no referencing to the original creator. Look: 

 

I don't know where to find the "report the abuse" option.

Hello,

You can report assets only once logged in on the platform (see screenshot)

In the mean time we will handle the deletion of those assets from this "gibijuju dr" account
