How to unlocked Substance Designer .sbsar file?

Hello,

I just download a substance material SBSAR from Adobe Asset, I'm using the last Substance Designer version on Windows.

I cannot use the material once opened, it looks like locked. It's the first time I use the software and I did not find any info about  it.

I would appreciate if someone help me.
