Automate the sbs file importing of photo and exporting

We follow this above tutorial to take and convert 8 photos taken in 8 angles, then run the import and export with the preset sbs file. 

 

Now we want to automate the importing of the 8 photos and exporting to 3D file. I saw the Substance 3D Automation Toolkit and Substance Designer API. Which one is good for doing the job?
