BUG: ability to enter hex color value.... still broken!!!

Substance Painter's hex color code is still broken. It's the bug where you try to type in a hex color code but it automatically turns into all zeros. I know this but has been reported numerous times, but we are halfway into 2022, and still no fix. It's rather inconvenient for my particular work. Is there any fix in sight? Is an update coming anytime soon? Thanks.

No problem. If you go to the CC desktop app and choose File - Preferences you can set it to give you notifications when updates are available.

Thanks Dave. I feel like a dummy hahaha. I'm coming from the pre-Adobe days of Substance and I didn't realize the Adobe cloud window doesn't necessarily prompt you to update, rather you have to click the drop down options and choose to update. Glad this was fixed.

It was broken in v7.4.2 and listed as fixed in v7.4.3.(First fix on the list in the release documentation below)

The fix still works correctly here in v8.1.0
