Substance Painter 3D Server error (410)

Hello, I am writing this message in order to receive help. the question is that when I open substance and put in my email and password I get a server error that I don't know how to solve or if it is due to a problem with adobe. What can I do?

      I went through support today and realised I was running the original Substance Painter and not the new Adobe Substance Painter (through the desktop Adobe cloud app). 

       

      Not sure if it'll fix it for you, but it instantly worked for my which was a blessing
