Technical issue with painting and coloring anything

Hello !

It's impossible to paint anything by brush or by using a fill layer. Any color doesnt apply. Only green color (by default I guess).
I also have such lines in a log:
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'alg_selection_tex' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'environment_texture' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'material_lod_mask' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'sm_tex' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'texture_blue_noise' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'uvtile_reference_sampler' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'alg_selection_tex' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'environment_texture' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'material_lod_mask' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'sm_tex' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'texture_blue_noise' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'uvtile_reference_sampler' will never be set.
[GenericMaterial] The uniform 'uvtile_reference_sampler' will never be set.

 

The GPU I use is AMD Radeon RX 6800XT

faced the same problem on an AMD video card, solved everything by rolling back the driver to 22.6.1-win10-win11-june29

I encountered the same issue today but only on paint layers. Fill layers worked just fine. Whatever I tried to do to the brush on the paint layer did not seem to help, it only painted white and nothing else worked (roughness, metallic, height). Restarting the program fixed it though.
