Cannot install substance painter yet have a valid student license.

I activated a student license but I only get the options to buy or trial Substance Painter through the creative cloud. I've tried logged in as both account types - student and business - yet the result is the same.

Thank you for helping me. I am confused, I have an e-mail that says I have activated the following product: Adobe Substance 3D Collection Education 12-month subscription. So it should be a part of my account, right? Do you know what is going wrong?

is the account that has substance 3d the same as the one as the one with which you signed into this forum?

yes it is and i also looked i dont have any other adobe acounts

no i dont but my mails do say i have it

it doesnt give me the option so i have to use paid/ free trial whilst it should be free with the lisence
