Hey,
GPU acceleration doesn't work anymore in Substance 3D Sampler. I have to deactivate GPU accelerated Neural Networks or 3D Sampler crashes because of the Image to texture (AI) tool.

PC Setup:
Intel Core i9 14900KF

64GB RAM

NVIDIA RTX 5000 Ada (newest Driver included)

I already deleted the App/Roaming/Adobe/... etc folder and restarted everything, but still doesn't work.

Old files don't work either when updating the file.

I'm clueless.

Hello,

Sorry to read this.

It seems you switch from nvidia 551.86 to 553.62 recently.

First is it possible for you to perform a test by switching back to the previous 551.86.

Tell me if it fix your issue. In a second time we will check together for a solution.

Thanks for your help.

Guillaume

Hello,

Both driver didn't perform very well so far.

It seems my GPU doesn't like work with AI.

It works now with CPU and way lower resolution, but the time it takes to export....
I have the strange feeling that my old PC had a better performance in Substance 3DSampler with 2x RTX 2080Ti and Default resolution.
