Substance 3D Stager Keeps Saying "Check creative Cloud Status"

So... I've been designing some 3D Art on Substance 3D Painter and when I go to Export the 3D Project to Substance 3D Stager and I keep getting the error:

I have the full package in my Adobe Creative Cloud and for some unknown reason... It's not allowing me to connect and edit...

 

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled and the error is still happening

Hi @JMathews , I actually contacted Adobe Support, and they struggled to find anything to fix it. The \most they could find was a lot of User Sign-On from within my PC. 

 

Eventually, I uninstalled all my Adobe Apps, uninstalled the CC App all together, and started fresh with new wall installs.

 

This did fix Adobe Stage. But, now Adobe Modeler is having the same issue... But I'm pretty sure if I were to just fully reinstall that it'll make things better in the long run for me.

Did you try to sign out and sign in again into CC account. Please check your Adobe ID insights and active sessions.

Do you have Adobe Sebstance 3D Collection seperatly subscription? May be reinstalling all   Adobe Sebstance 3D Collection and Full Creative Cloud Subscription can help. Did you try directly connect with CC Staff?

Hi @LOTS_OF_PYRO !  Sorry to hear about the trouble.  As Ares asked already, to be clear - Stager is NOT part of the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan.  It requires a separate Substance 3D Collection plan.  

 

You can check your plan and some other status information here: https://account.adobe.com/

I would also recommend using that page to check your devices.  You can find that under Plans and payment > Activated devices

Stager is limited to be active on 2 devices, so if you see more than two listed you may need to deactivate some devices.

 

If you continue to have issues please reach out to Adobe support directly as the Stager team actually doesn't handle the licensing and sign-in, it's a shared Adobe system.  Adobe Customer Care will be better able to help diagnose account and licensing issues!

My thoughts would be to ensure this is fixed for future with this sort of issue would be:

A. Raise the price of  Abode CC subscriptions.

B. Include the Substance 3D collection within this newly increased plan to ensure these issues don't conflict with 1 and others like I've been having.

 

Now those are my thoughts in relation to this issue I've been having. But that's probably the best-case Solution in the long run for a fix of this issue IMO.

Hello, I just recently encountered this problem with my adobe student account, and I was able to use solution 2 from this adobe help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/fix-licensing-error-205.html?x-product=Helpx%2F1.0.0&x-p...

It's worked for me so far, without having to contact my schools IT support.
