Unable to start the rendering engine

Recently updated to Stager 3.0.2 and I can't render anymore.
I set stager to use high performance for the graphic card in the system settings.
My system is compatible according to the log.
I use win10 (latest update) 1080ti (updated)
I read in some forums that others had the same issue and reverted back to older version of Stager.
I still want to know if there is a better solution.

When I render, it starts rendering and then crashes with this error:

"Unable to start the rendering engine..."
