Adobe Stager - Solidworks CAD Import

Hi all

I have been through the help and contact avenues with no solution, I'm hoping someone can clear this up for me, please.

INITIAL PROBLEM

To be able to import Solidworks CAD models into Adobe Stager.

SOLUTION

I upgraded to teams enterprise plan to be able to import Cad files into Stager.

NEW PROBLEMS

Still unable to import CAD models after login in and out, reinstalling etc.

Now I have two different accounts that I have to sign in and out of between individual plan and enterprise plan. I cannot use substance apps same time as all other apps.

I canceled the enterprise plan out of frustration with online/phone assistance.

Help! Pretty please.

I just want to import Solidworks files into Stager. Surely this isn't too much to ask and was made available on the Beta Stager app.
