Dimension model import issue

Hi community,

when importing dimension model there are some elements showing in selected mode, but are not selected at all.

Other models show different elements selected, but are not..

I checked these elements in stager, but nothing seems in "special state".

Can you give an idea whats going on?

Thanks.

Hans

Hi @hjl67936945 !  I wanted to verify - is this issue happening in Adobe Dimension or Adobe Stager?  Where did the model come from - you said importing a Dimension model.  Did you create it in Dimension then import to Stager?

Can you take a screenshot that includes the scene panel with the hierarchy opened so we can see what you have selected?

You may need to send in the actual 3D scene for us to help diagnose.  Generally speaking the highlight selection should match what you have selected in the scene panel.  If it's not then it's likely a bug and we need the 3D file to help diagnose the issue.  You can email files to Substance3D-bugs@adobe.com

Hi JMathews,

the original model was made with sketchup, than imported to Dimension.

When Substance was launched, we switched to Stager and imported dimension model.

All I tried didn´t help with this issue. So I mail this file to you: 3x3-faltpavillon-2023-wiro.ssg

Hi JMathews,

sorry but I have another issue importing dimension files:

Screen begins to make "strobelight" as you may watch in the video screenshot attached.

Can you deselect them? Do you have any groups in your scene layers?
