Why are the zoom functions and panhandle tool greyed out?

Hi, I'm trying to work with Stager, and I can't zoom in or out or move the viewer around. I am attaching an image to show you that they're greyed out. Please help!

It is dimmed until you will add camera or your view will have custom size. Go to Camera and add camera. The camera layer will be appear in scene from where you can hide off/on that camera.
