"People Graph service is currently unavailable"

Been trying to create a Team Project this morning, when I go to add a collaborator I'm met with the message

The People Graph service is currently unavailable. Please close the Edit Collaborators dialog and try again later.

 

What's the issue?

              Hey @Udo_Pawlik ,

              Is it possible that Team Projects is not available to EDU and enterprise without specific licensing? My brother is having this issue and he has an EDU license.

              Hi Kevin,
              Team Projects should be available to EDU and enterprise customers. I assume your brothers license is provided by the school?! The Adobe license admin for the school should verify if your brother has access to the Team Project service.
