Open Premiere,  and look at the left side options choosing open team project.

Then in the dialog that pops up, you should be able to select/open the project that you have been invited to participate in.

When the project loads in the Project panel, all the media will be showing off-line. DO NOT click on the files/locate!!!!!!!!!

For Team Projects, you MUST use the Edit/Team Projects/Media Management dialog to relink all media assets to the same assets on your machine.

Now ... first, of course, you MUST have all media on local storage on your machine or a server in "local" use. Only the project file is shared across the CC "net". So either you download from a dropbox type setup or they ship you discs of the media. It's best if the files are in the same folder structure as on the original "owner's" computer.

To locate via the Team Projects Media Management dialog, you would drop down the third twirl-down option on the left, "Offline Media Mapping" ... click the top-level folder of media/assets that you have available, and then select the top 'found' thing in the right side box and then the bottom left button, "New media mapping". Then navigate to that folder on your local storage, and if every other asset is properly housed within the same file structure as the original project "owner" has, it should find and relink everything.

If you do a right-click/locate media from the missing clip icons in the Project panel bins, and then 'share' anything with the rest of the team, you will remap EVERY user's location to that file to the named file folder tree on your machine. Which breaks everyone's project up.

ALWAYS use the Edit/Team Projects/Media Management process for linking files.
