First off, ADOBE HAS THE MOST MISURABLE HELPLINE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I talked to no less than 8 people, all trying to transfer me to someone else until the last one just disconnected me alltogether. What a WORTHLESS ORGANIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope someone here can help. My team project in Premiere Pro says "disconnected" with a little warning at the bottom left. I have NOT been unshared from the project. I can't find any instruction anywhere as to how to "re-connect" to the team project. This happened for no apparent reason after I've been sharing the same project for months.

I'm using 22.2.0

MacOS Big Sur 11.5.1

Can anyone PLEAAASE HELP as the Adobe Help Center is obviously worthless.

Thank you!

    Hi Paul,
Sorry for your troubles with Team Projects.
If this is isolated to your machine, a simple reboot might help to refresh a stale process.

In case the issue persists, could you send the last couple of 'Team Project Local Hub' log files directly to: [upawlik@adobe.com]?

    Team Project log location:

    (Mac OS) : ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Team Projects Local Hub/2.0/logs
(The 'Library' folder is hidden by default, you can easily get to it by opening the 'Go' menu and holding down the 'Command' key)

    Regards,
    Udo

I had to scrub LinkedIn for any and all emails pertaining to customer service and after emailing a couple of dozen, I finally got a reply. I hopped on the phone and we spent 3 hours going through it until they finally told me its a glitch and they don't have a fix. My team project that we've been working on for 6 months is now useless as we wait for a fix for which they told me there is no ETA. Avid, anyone?
