Team Project Share Changes and Get Latest Changes Greyed Out

As stated on the subject. We have been working on a project for over a couple of months, we have three people working on this. There were no problems for the first month but now I can't get latest changes and share the changes without closing the project.

When I'm closing project I can share changes, but without closing I can't.

    Hi,
    Do you see any Creative Cloud Desktop app notification when a collaborator shares any changes? 
    Does the problem get resolved when you restart your machine?

    I see the notifications all the time. There's no problem with notifications. It didn't resolved when I restarted the machine.

     

    I found the solution by copying team project into standard project and then recreating another team project. But I don't want to do this over and over again.
