Working simultaneously in shared video projects

I am losing edits today working in Team Projects (beta). One other editor and I are working on separate sequences, but when we Share/Get Changes it errors out, and I lose the last hour of work.

It seemed to work yesterday on Day 1, but today we're both receiving these errors:

Click OK and it reverts to last successful save/share.

Thoughts?
