I live in Victoria so as a student, I am pretty sure that the Victorian Government provides Adobe Enterprise Access to all High School students in the state. My friend and I were both logged into Premiere Pro and tried sending an invitation to each other to work on a Team Project. Whenever we open the Team Project tab, it says 'Title, Description and then Collaborators'. I edit the collaborators' tab and type in his Adobe School Email, it works but after I click 'Close' to save it, it loads for a few minutes and then says 'Failed to send invitation to <username>'. I have searched through the forums and done the only apparent solution to this which is to delete one of the files but it makes no difference. I have also contacted my school's IT administrator but we are still getting back to each other. Is there any way to fix this via my client or do I have to ask the administrator? If it is possible, how do I fix this?

First, you both need to have collaboration turned on in your own Preferences in Premiere. That's something that many people trying this for the first time miss seeing.
Then you send an invite to the other party, it should go through if that is the address that their Adobe CC membership is linked through.

Thanks for the help but both of us have our collaboration settings enabled. We tried sending an invitation again but it still doesn't seem to work.

Hi,
Does the issue still persist (I just want to make sure it wasn't due to a temporary server outage)?
Can you create a new Team Project and invite myself (upawlik@adobe.com) to it?
Best,
Udo

Hello,
Thanks for the reply but sorry for the delay. Yes, the issue still persists. I tried sending you e-mail an invite but it says 'Failed to send invitation to upawlik@adobe.com'. It seems that it isn't a temporary shortage. I also checked if I could receive invites, and it seems to me that I can't. How do I fix this?
Thanks,
Kash

Any update to this? Is there something that prevents enterprise account users from inviting people outside of the enterprise account to collaborate (assuming that person has a CC account, has collaboration on, etc)?

Hi,
Invites to anyone with a valid CC account should work, but of course there is always room for something to go awry for different reasons. Can you share which product [AE / Premiere] and version you're using and what exactly is the problem when you try to invite a collaborator? Do you mind setting up a test Team Project and inviting me [upawlik@adobe.com] to it?
Regards,
Udo

Got the invite and was able to add a bin and publish the change.
I also sent you an email asking for more info.

In the screenshot you shared with me it shows, that I joined your Team Project and shared changes.
You should be able to see these changes (added a bin) when you open the project in Premiere Pro and click the 'Update' btn. I also sent you an invite to another test project.

Had the same problem. Fix: I typed out the email and needed to wait for the option of that person's email to populate directly below it - adobe recognizing that its an valid option I suppose. I clicked the email option in the tab and the invite button was made available.
