Hi,

Seems like my editor opened up a Team project and not seeing any of his changes that he made.  Nothing in autosave.  Nothing buy foreign files in the Library ----> Team Projects folder.  Any ideas?

Autosave was synced with the Cloud.  All our work gone.  Nothing in the autosave file.  No record on assets.adobe.com for this project.  We're new to Teams - but have no idea what we did wrong.  I have a ticket open w/ Adobe - but I imagine we need to redo the edit.  Very concerning.

Hi,

It seems you editor was able to create/open a Team Project and make some changes. When did the edits disappear? After closing and re-opening the same Team Project? Did the editor open the Team project on another machine? Has the editor shared the changes with other collaborators?

In general, auto-saves are stored locally in a database and are not really human readable. You should be able to see your Auto-saves in the media Browser:

  1. Select the Team Project in the Media Browser
  2. Use the vertical version history slider to scroll down to a 'version or auto-save'
