the past 2 days ive been working in a team project. I drag in media from the GRaid into premiere and put it on my timeline. Come back the next day and its offline. I right click and choose relink and I point the computer to where the file lives. (same place as yesterday). After I point it to the file it remains offline..... Then I right click and choose replace and designate the same file to replace it with.... it continues to stay offline.... When I start up the project it doesnt even warn me that these files are offline. this is not normal. And the werd part is: the relinking window was telling me the files lived in a folder called 03 PULLS when I had never put them in there to begin with, the files have always lived in a folder called 01 SOURCE. So then I would drag the files from the external hard drive into premiere and manually swap out the offlinen versions with the online versions. Come back the next day and they're offline again. The only fix I found was to take the files on the Graid and make a copy of them and rename the copy files to have 02 or something at the end. all the footage we shot for this documentary dont have this problem. But the archival footage (.MXF files) from this company are the only ones that have this offline reconnectivity issue.
Anyone else run into this annoying and awful issue? premiere 23.5.0 (Build 56). Macbook Pro m1 (2021), MacOS Ventura 13.4.1

Do you have other collaborator working in the same Team Project?
If you want to point the offline files to your GRaid location while not changing the path to theses assets for other collaborators you could create a machine specific mapping: Media mapping using Media Management
