Problem of using Noto Sans CJK KR

Our company develop a software program that is used Noto Sans CJK KR font.

When we executed the software  program on PC for development, it worked well.

But on PC for distribution, it didn't work.

development environment

- Visual Studio 2012

- .NET Framework 4.6

- WPF

specifications PC for development

- Windows 7 Enterprise k

- Korean OS

- install Noto Sans CJK KR font

specifications PC for distribution

- Windows 7 Ultimate

- English OS

- install Noto Sans CJK KR font

** A software program with MFC that is also used Noto Sans CJK KR font worked well on PC for development.

    Other OTF Font except Noto Sans CJK KR font  is not problem.
