Hi @Patapoon Thank you for testing these. I checked around but didn't see very many other useful suggestions for this issue. It could be related to something blocking access to certain domains that the service users, like firewall or VPN software. This article lists all the required access sites https://adobe.ly/4h2P8wp (see the Adobe Express section). Does the issue happen with all files? Could you test these and see if they make any difference? - Test in an alternate browser - Chrome or Firefox - Test in incognito/private browsing mode - https://adobe.ly/3ZFn3Ec - Ensure the latest Windows updates are installed and try rebooting the computer I requested access to the project with our testing account. Hi @gabbic0104 I wasn't sure if you were using the browser or mobile version of the app but I see the option. You have to select the image and the option should appear in the properties panel. I've attached a screenshot for reference. Best, Dave

Hi @hans petter folkeakademi I shared the issue with one of our developers, and she found that, somehow, the language of the PDF was set to Arabic. She created a fixed version which I will attach. The PDF was created in InDesign, so you can change the InDesign PDF language or use Acrobat to fix the PDF like she did. Hi @Caroline27475421pwzb I'm sorry to hear this happened. Adobe Express should save as you go over the internet. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to restore to a prior version or to an earlier save, so if your work ended up getting overwritten, there may not be a way to recover it. I also wondered if this could be related to firewall or security software because of the preview unavailable issue.
