Hi All, We have observed that the reason for this dialog was that Illustrator (2015.3) seems to be conflicting with some clipboard utility applications running on the system. If you are encountering this issue then please try to quit the clipboard utility & then try to use Illustrator. Please drop an email to ShareWithAI@adobe.com if this do not resolves the issue. Hi All, Have you tried to update the ElCapitan 10.11 build to 15A284 and check wether it fixes this issue or not ? If you are on the MAC OS build 15A284 and still facing the issue please drop an email at rbhunwal@adobe.com so that I can have a look into this. How to check the OS version: 1) Click on the "Apple" menu and select "About This Mac" 2) In the dialog displayed click on the label/string "Version 10.11" >> it will display the Build Number at that location.
