Make sure you are on the latest update by visiting Help > Check for updates (18.011.2003x Planned update, February 13, 2018 — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products ). We have added a preference "Use Shift + Click for Multiple Selection with Output Preview "  to enable multiple objects selection when the output preview dialog is open. To select multiple objects, use Shift + Click. To add a sticky note containing the color values, use Alt + Click (on Windows) or Option + Click (on Mac). Hi charlief29361881​, Thanks for reporting the issue. Seems like appdata is corrupted at your end. Could you please try launching the Preflight dialog after deleting the Preflight appdata folder present at " ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/Preflight Acrobat Continuous". Note: Deleting this folder would remove all the preferences, custom profiles, custom libraries and other user changes. Keep a backup of this folder if you need these changes in future. Hi inskiv29318254 , Preflight profiles, checks and groups are now grouped into different libraries namely "PDF Standards", "Essentials" and "Prepress, Color and Transparency". PDF X-3 and related profiles are present under "PDF Standards" library.  For switching libraries, Just choose “PDF Standards”  from the Libraries drop-down present at the top of the preflight dialog. You can also use the Search all libraries option for searching the desired profile across all libraries. For more details, refer Preflight Libraries (Acrobat Pro)  .
