Hi all. We have just released a Lightroom Mobile update 1.2.1 to the app store. The syncing problems after an ios8 update should be solved with that. - Guido

Glad that it's working again. Unfortunately Apple change with the ios8 update the file path to the image informations we store on the device. We will submit a fix shortly. In the meanwhile you have to delete Lr Mobile from your device and re-install the app to bypass the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. - Guido

When you open up Lr Mobile do you still see a syncing process. Btw. We have just released an update which gives a better notification about photos that still needs to be synced. Have you tried the updated yet. You can see the sync status when you touch the little cloud icon at the top right. - Guido

Hi raisazwart, are you not able to get the syc running at all. When you drag some photos to a collection and enable the sync with the little checkbox beside....Do you see any Lightroom processing by doing this? If not, could you please send me a LR Desktop diagnostig log - best as a private message with a downloadable dropbox link. You're right gizmo_65. This was the same issue. Could you please try to re-sign-in to Lr Mobile on the iPad/iPhone. There was also a misconfiguration at the back-end of your account. This should be fixed now. - Guido

Hi brihi, could you please try to re-sign-in to Lr Mobile on the iPad/iPhone. There was a misconfiguration at the back-end of your account. This should be fixed now. Reason for the failure was a second needless lightroom catalog generated by the Lr Mobile app. Occurs sometimes after a triggered "Delete Data" by Lightroom desktop. We will fix this with our next planned Lr Mobile update. Let me know if its working now on your side. - Guido

Could you try to re-sign-in on iPad+iPhone. Should work now. There was something wrong at the back-end. Could you describe a bit your Lightroom Mobile workflow from the very starting point on. Did you e.g. first sign-in to Lightroom desktop, synced the collections and after that signed in to the IPhone/iPad app? - Guido

Could you please add a Lightroom diagnostig.log. You can trigger this via Preferences->Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt-key you will notice an additional "Generate Diagnostig log" button

Could you both please send (or attach to the forum thread) us the LR mobile/LR desktop dignostic logs? The LR desktop log shows up when you open the LR desktop preference->Lightroom mobile and with the alt-key a generate log button will appear You can trigger the LR mobile log via the steps... Long-press the top left LR icon within the Lightroom mobile settings. After that LR mobile generates a diagnostic log and opens this up within your e-mail client. - Thanks, Guido
