I have always been a fan of flash now called Animate. Ever since they changed the name the program just keeps getting better. I have high hopes that Animate will get even awesomer! Yeah, I just made that word up. I do know that Adobe is great about making their software work with each other and they're always trying to enhance their products. We shall see what the future holds.

What kind of symbols are you using? Movieclip or graphics? For lipsyncing its best to use the graphic symbol. Make sure your graphic symbol is not looping. Use the framepicker to choose the mouth for the frame. here is a tutorial to help as well. Animate CC - Create Lip Sync Animation - YouTube
