Hi adellel, The raw files from your camera are not opening in Cs5 because your version of camera raw is not compatible with Canon 7D Mark II, It requires a minimum of Camera Raw 8.7 to be installed. as mentioned here Cameras supported by Camera Raw You need to download Adobe DNG converter and convert those raw files to DNG then you'll be able to open them in Photoshop CS5.
